The biggest community event in the city of Gloucester is returning in 2020

The Hucclecote Show is returning after a year’s break with the Wall's Club in Barnwood, playing host to the event on Saturday, June 20.

Previously, the show has been organised solely by the Hucclecote Community Association but after listening to feedback from visitors and residents, a new team has been put together.

Working alongside new partners, Generation Events and the Wall’s Club, the return of the show will see the family-friendly, charity-led event return to the calendar.

The new location will see improved onsite facilities and better public transport links, as well as nearby parking facilities available for more than 600 vehicles.

Previous shows have attracted thousands of visitors to sample a variety of entertainment in the show’s arena, a dog show, community and trade stalls. There will be a fully licensed bar, food stalls offering a variety of world cuisines and a fun-fair for children of all ages.

The Hucclecote Show 2020 will take place on Saturday, June 20 at the Walls Club in Barnwood. Gates open at midday and the show will conclude at 10pm.

The timings and running order for the show are yet to be confirmed. To keep up to date with the finer details, like our facebook page or re-visit this website on a regular basis.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Dogs are more than welcome at the Hucclecote Show. We just ask that they are kept on leads at all times and that you pick up any mess. We also run a Dog Show during the day, so why not enter?

Can I bring camping chairs, picnic mats, a sun tent and/or a gazebo?

Chairs, picnic mats and small sun tents are permitted on site. We ask that you respect other visitors and do not obscure their view. Gazebos are not permitted unless you are a stall-holder with an allocated pitch.

Is there parking?

Yes. For the first time in the Hucclecote Show's history, there are more than 600 allocated car parking spaces off-site for the use of our visitors.

The location of the parking facilities will be announced in due course and directions will be signposted from key routes towards the venue. There is no car-parking on-site for the general public - only for disabled visitors and stall holders.
